Delivery Locations

Odeona.com currently accepts orders for deliveries in EU, UK, France and Hong Kong.

Delivery Methods

Odeona.com offers Free Standard Delivery for all products. There is also the option of Express Delivery for your selection at checkout.

Delivery Days & Schedule

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed.

Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive in the estimated times as listed following the dispatch day:

France: 2 to 3 business days

Please note that delivery service is only available on weekdays.

Except for France and HK, all orders delivering to EU and UK are pre-orders only.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be automatically sent to you with a delivery tracking number, which can be used to track the delivery status online. The tracking number can also be accessed by logging into your Odeona.com account.

Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with the courier by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

Returns

At OdeOna.com, we offer a free return policy for all purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any purchased item(s) in its original condition for a refund within 14 business days from the date of transaction. Any samples or promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. To return a product, please contact our Customer Care Center via email at hello@odeona.com.

A gentle reminder that all return item(s) must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused. If the item(s) returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not be able to accept your return. All returns shall not include limited edition, gift packaging and engraved products.

Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made towards the original credit card used for such purchase.
