At ODE ONA, we understand how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed before 13:00 (France time) are dispatched within the same day.
Our delivery service only covers Monday to Friday as standard. After dispatch, the delivery times below serve as a guide and are subjected to local customs clearing times:

At Odeona.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return any purchased item(s) for a full refund, within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept any product back if it has been opened or used, as we are unable to sell this product to another customer. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on limited edition, gift packaging, and engraved products.
