At ODE ONA, we understand how important it is to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed before 13:00 (France time) are dispatched within the same day.

Odeona.com offers fully tracked delivery and free returns for all products.
All orders within the EU and United Kingdom are delivered using Colissimo Express, fully tracked. All international orders are delivered by DHL Express, fully tracked. Enter your country at ‘Checkout’ to verify the exact delivery details.
Our delivery service only covers Monday to Friday as standard. Delivery times below are a guide and are subjected to local customs clearing times.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, it's important to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information. ODE ONA does not accept any responsibility for orders delivered to third party addresses, freight forwarders, hotels etc. Our obligation is to deliver to the base address you select, if there are special arrangements beyond this street address, ODE ONA will not accept any responsibility for additional charges.
Once an order has been shipped, an email will be automatically sent to you with a delivery tracking number, which can be used to track the delivery status online. The tracking number can also be accessed by logging into your Odeona.com account.
We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order. For any request to change your order, please reach us at hello@odeona.com or via our contact form www.odeona.com/contact and we will do our best to accommodate. However, we are unable to accept order cancellation or exchange requests if the order is already being processed.
At Odeona.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return any purchased item(s) for a full refund, within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept any product back if it has been opened or used, as we are unable to sell this product to another customer. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on limited edition, gift packaging, and engraved products.

It may take up to 7 days to process your return. All refunds, excluding the initial delivery charge, will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. An email will be sent to you when your refund is being processed. Your bank/credit card company can take up to 14 days to process the refund into your account.
